Dr. Huggins sees patients of all ages in her office. She has a wonderful relationship with many dental specialists in the area if any services or apprehensive patients; i.e., some small children, require their expertise.
Dr. Huggins does offer a take-home whitening system. This process is accomplished by having impressions made of the upper and lower dental arches so custom trays may be fabricated. The patient would then wear these trays for a specified time each day for two weeks to achieve their desired results. The patient keeps their trays to use with booster treatments in the future.
Our office recommends you come in for regular cleanings and checkups twice a year. For patients with periodontal issues that are being handled in our office, Dr. Huggins may opt for them to be seen every 3-4 months. These time frames allow us to closely monitor your oral health and to provide earlier more conservative care if any concerns are found.
Implants are a wonderful option for restoring lost dentition. Dr. Huggins uses the team approach for implants, referring the surgical portion of implant treatment to various trusted specialists, while she handles the restorative portion of the implant cases herself.
